Professional guitarist Glenn Rexach, American Federation of Musicians (AFM) Local 433 in Austin, TX, didn’t have to pull any strings to get help following an emergency appendectomy.  Because he carries the Union Plus Credit Card, Rexach was eligible to apply for a $1,000 Union SAFE Hospital Care Grant to help pay the high cost of hospitalization.
 

“I was in the hospital only for a few days, but it didn’t take long for the bills to pile up. The Union SAFE Hospital Care Grant was a big help,” said Rexach.
