What types of trucks do you offer?
Our standard fleet features cargo vans; and 10-foot, 16-foot, and 24-foot moving trucks. Our online reservation process is the easiest way to book available trucks at your particular location.
How can I determine the right size truck for my move?
Our moving truck chart helps you select the right truck based on the number of rooms you're moving. And this handy chart also gives you important truck details like gross vehicle weight, clearance heights, size of door openings and ramp widths, and fuel tank size. Note: you must return to the Union Plus page in order to get the discount.
Can I pick up at one location and return to another?
Yes - and you won't believe how easy we make it! With our convenient and affordableone-way rentals from locations across the U.S., you have the freedom to rent in one place and return in another.
Will my credit/debit card by charged when I make the truck reservation?
No. But the card will have a hold placed on it at the time of pickup. Please check the terms and conditions on your rental agreement for the dollar amount required at your desired location. Upon your return of the truck, all holds will be released, and the actual cost of the rental will be charged. Please note that your bank may take up to two weeks to post the released credit hold to your card. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any returned checks due to credit hold processing.
What is your cancellation policy?
For U.S. corporate-owned locations, if your credit card is required to make a reservation, you may cancel up to 48 hours in advance of your designated pick-up time without penalty. If you cancel within 48 hours of your pick-up time, we will assess a $50 U.S. fee.
Eligibility
The program is available in the Unites States and territories. It is not available in Canada, Guam.
