DELIVERY QUESTIONS

What is the latest I can call to schedule my delivery?

Most of our products can be delivered the same day. To assure same-day delivery, orders must be received before 2:00 PM, Monday - Friday, or before 12:00 Noon on Saturdays in the recipient's time zone. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day.

Can I get my order delivered same day?

Most of our products can be delivered the same day. To assure same-day delivery, orders must be received before 2:00 PM, Monday - Friday, or before 12:00 Noon on Saturdays in the recipient's time zone. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Unfortunately, we do not offer Sunday delivery.

Our network of florists uses only the freshest flowers available for their hand-made bouquets to ensure that you can send flowers with confidence. Since every arrangement is personally delivered, we offer same-day delivery on most orders.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a specific time frame for delivery. However, we will make every effort to deliver by your requested time.

Can I deliver to a P.O. Box?

No, we must have a physical address to ensure delivery.

What if my recipient is not home?

If you have specific instructions for the delivery of your gift bouquet, please note them in the Special Delivery Instructions field during checkout. In all other cases, if the recipient is not at home when the neighborhood florist attempts a delivery, they will either:
o    Call the recipient to schedule an appropriate delivery time
o    Leave a note on the recipient's door asking them to contact the florist to schedule a delivery time
o    Leave the arrangement in a covered, secure area of the home (porch, garage, or other entrance)
o    Leave the gift bouquet with a neighbor and place a message on the recipient's door with this information

What hours are you open to take my order?

We are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Can I place an international order?

Yes. International orders can only be placed by phone. For pricing and product availability, please call our helpful customer service associates at (888)-667-7779.

Can I change my order after it has been placed?

Teleflora is unable to cancel or change orders already in process at the florist, en route or delivered. Same-day orders are processed immediately, and usually cannot be changed.

What else do you have besides flowers?

We also have fruit & gourmet baskets, goody baskets, plants, plush animals, mylar balloon bouquets, silk flowers, and chocolates.

What if the arrangement I select is not available?

If it becomes necessary to make substitutions to guarantee freshness and/or delivery in a timely manner, we will proceed on your behalf (without notification) using items of equal or greater value. Special care will be taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement.
