Special pricing for group Health Savings Plans

Substantial savings off the already low individual sign up fees.  Group pricing depends on the number of members to be covered and the exact menu of benefits.  Call 1-800-472-2005, extension 843, for detailed pricing information.

How to set up your union
 

1. Call Union Plus at 1-800-472-2005, extension 843, or email leaders@unionprivilege.org and include your phone number.
2. Union Plus will mail you further details on Group Plans pricing, discounts and provider network coverage in your area.
3. Choose your list of discounts and send us information on the members to be covered (send us an electronic or hardcopy list).
4. Union Plus Health Savings will mail you an invoice.
5. Pay your total group sign up fees in the form of a check from the union or the employer. Note: After sign up, all costs incurred when a member uses the program are billed directly to each individual member.
