How to set up your union
- Call Union Plus at 1-800-472-2005, extension 843, or email leaders@unionprivilege.org and include your phone number.
- Union Plus will mail you further details on Group Plans pricing, discounts and provider network coverage in your area.
- Choose your list of discounts and send us information on the members to be covered (send us an electronic or hardcopy list).
- Union Plus Health Savings will mail you an invoice.
- Pay your total group sign up fees in the form of a check from the union or the employer. Note: After sign up, all costs incurred when a member uses the program are billed directly to each individual member.
