Health Savings Prescription Card - No Cost
Because you are a union member, you are automatically eligible for a no cost Union Plus Prescription Card to help you save on prescriptions at participating pharmacies.
With the card, you can save an average of 15% off brand name drugs and 40% off generic drugs at more than 56,000 pharmacies nationwide.
Prescription drug discount cards allow prescription drug users to save money on all types of prescription medications. At the time of purchase, union members simply present their Union Plus Prescription Card at a participating pharmacy to instantly receive substantial discounts on their prescription drugs. It's that easy.
How do prescription drug savings cards work?
Prescription Drug Savings cards contain special computerized instructions that can be read by the pharmacy's computer, similar to an ATM card.
When the card information is entered, the price on the prescription is discounted based on the pharmacy's agreement with Agelity. This type of cutting-edge technology allows union families to save money without encountering any hassles on the checkout line.
Health savings from a provider you can trust
With more than 5 million customers and growing, the Union Plus program provider, Careington International, was among the first companies to offer discount dental plans and is a founding member of the Consumer Health Alliance (CHA), a trade group that recognizes and promotes fair and ethical business practices within the discount health care industry. CHA members work with regulators to adopt industry standards that establish appropriate levels of consumer protection and program integrity.
NOTE: The Union Plus Prescription Card and Union Plus Health Savings are not insurance programs, but are discount plans designed to help you save on out-of-pocket medical costs.

I've had this card for several years, and now I don'g have medical coverage for a couple more years it's a help, most definitely. Just keep an eye on whatever pharmacy you use to make sure THEY don't mess things up for you, I've caught Walmart on several occasions missing my card and over charging me. Thanks

My dog has been taking a diuretic and heart medication since December. The prescriptions are for human medications so I fill them at my regular pharmacy. Both pills total $56 per month. I recently signed up for the prescription card and then promptly forgot I had done it. I just refilled the two precriptions and the total was $23 - for both! I looked on the receipt and it said "precription drug card holder". I didn't even have to show the card to get the benefit! This is great.
