The Union Plus SuperGuaranteeSM Program:
The Union Plus SuperGuarantee program has been terminated.
The SuperGuarantee program is still available at www.superguarantee.com but the Union Plus benefit of $750 has been reduced to $500 if problems arise out of a service selected through the site.
Members who registered under the program, need not reregister. However, the Union Plus benefit will not be available.

Customer Service
To file a claim, simple log into your account on SuperGuarantee.com, find the registered service you would like to initiate a claim on, and click on the "file a claim" link.
Claims must be filed within 30 days of the completion of the service or 90 days from the date of the service registration, whichever is earlier.
