Eligibility
SuperGuarantee is available through participating providers in the United States. It is not available in Canada, Guam, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.
Who is eligible?
- Dues-paying labor union members of participating unions
- Retired union members
- Spouse, domestic partners, and children of union members
- Widows/widowers of union members
- Union Plus credit cardholders
Customer Service
To file a claim, simple log into your account on SuperGuarantee.com, find the registered service you would like to initiate a claim on, and click on the "file a claim" link.
Claims must be filed within 30 days of the completion of the service or 90 days from the date of the service registration, whichever is earlier.
