Eligibility

The program is available in the Unites States and territories. It is not available in Canada.

Who is eligible?

  • All dues-paying labor union members
  • Retired union members
  • Spouses, domestic partners and children of union members
  • Widows/widowers of union members

Customer Service

Union Plus credit cards are issued by Capital One, N.A.

Union SAFE benefits are provided and administered through the AFL-CIO Mutual Benefit Plan (“The Plan”). Certain administrative responsibilities for the Plan have been delegated to Union Privilege. Certain restrictions, limitations, and qualifications apply. Information about Union SAFE benefits and eligibility can be obtained at www.unionplus.org/unionsafe or by calling Union Privilege at 202-293-5330.

Capital One, N.A., its affiliates, and subsidiaries are not responsible for any Union SAFE benefits which are offered by the AFL-CIO Mutual Benefit Plan.
