- Special Union SAFE programs for disabled workers and others facing financial hardship
- 100% protection against fraud
- Strike-payment protection - the only credit card that offers strike payment protection. If your union is on a union-sanctioned strike or lock-out for 30 days or more, you may skip your payment for up to three consecutive months while on strike or lock out (as long as your union membership and your account are in good standing.) Periodic finance charges continue to accrue, but you do not fall behind and your credit rating is not affected. Union family member cardmembers are not eligible for strike payment option. The program is available in the Unites States and territories. It is not available in Canada or Guam.

Customer Service
- All Union Plus Credit Card Customer Service calls answered by representatives in the United States. The card's 24-hour personal customer service is available online when you log in on at unionpluscard.com or by phone (see numbers on the Union Plus Credit Card site).
- You can access your online account management on unionpluscard.com to manage your Union Plus Credit Card account, view statements or even pay your bill online.
- If you have the Union Plus Rewards Credit Card, you can check point balances online (log in at www.unionpluscard.com) or call the Rewards Center at 1-800-959-3993.
