Mail:
Print this mail order form (PDF) and mail it back to the Union Plus provider, Working Advantage, to purchase tickets. Be sure you enter Company Member ID Number: 744387769 in the box at the bottom of the page.
Tickets are shipped by the next business day, either by regular mail or UPS. Flat rate shipping $2.50 for regular postal mail, $6.95 UPS Ground, $9.95 UPS 3-day, $11.95 UPS 2-day,$22.00 UPS Saturday delivery, and $15.95 for UPS next day air.
IMPORTANT: To receive the Union Plus discount, union members must reference Company Member ID: 744387769 when calling or ordering tickets online.
Theme park details
- You'll save from $3 to $26 a ticket off the normal theme park ticket prices. Think of the savings for a family of four: You could save from $12 to $104 on your theme park vacation!
- Most theme park tickets are valid for one year (or the current season) and may be used anytime.

The Union Plus Entertainment Discounts, including theme park discounts, are available in the United States. It is not available in Canada, Guam, Puerto Rico, and Virgin Islands.
