The Union Plus site (www.unionplus.org) is a separate site from the Union Plus Credit Card site (www.UnionPlusCard.com) and your union site, so each site has separate online registrations. Promote Union Plus benefits to your members and win $1,000!

It's as simple as 1-2-3 to win

  1. Subscribe to our monthly E-News and add us to your mailing list.
     
  2. Put a Union Plus banner on your Web site and run an ad or article on Union Plus in half the issues of your local print or electronic newsletter.
     
  3. Place a Union Plus display prominently at your local hall or worksite. (We'll send you a display case and materials for free -- and they're easy to order.)
     

To Enter the Promotion Contest

10 local winners will be selected by a drawing of submitted applications.
 

Complete this award application (PDF) by December 31.

Union Plus must have copies of the placements.  Add Union Privilege to your mailing list so that we receive your union publication on a regualr basis. Publications should be sent to:

Eligibility: All publications and Web sites of participating international unions, local unions, state federations, central labor councils (CLCs), and regional union organizations are eligible to win. Publications and Web pages must contain at least one Union Plus promotion.

Deadline: All award applications received by December 31 of each year will be eligible.

Winner notification: Winning unions will be notified by mail at the beginning of the following year.

Union members are automatically eligible for their union's Union Plus benefits and you do not need to be a Union Plus Credit Cardholder in order to access your union's Union Plus benefits.

But - if you are a Union Plus Credit Cardholder, you could be eligible for additional discounts.

    Help if you don’t know your union

    Your union membership dictates which Union Plus benefits you are eligible to use.

    1. What your national union’s name (not just your local number)? Scroll through the list we have to see if you recognize your union.
    2. What type of work do you do (select your occupation)?
    3. Do you have a union member card or union publication/letter that shows the name of your union? Find something with the name of your union, not just a local number.
    4. Is there a shop steward or work colleague you can ask what the name of your union is? You can even ask your human resources department to tell you the full name of your union?
    5. Do you have a Union Plus Credit Card? If so, the name and logo for your international union should appear on the front of the card.
