*Cash back rebate is available to eligible Union members who register through Mutual of Omaha Mortgage and are matched with a participating referral real estate agent in the approved network. Rebate is calculated as a percentage of the gross real estate commission paid to the participating agent in the transaction. Rebate amounts will vary based on home price, commission rate, transaction type, and state law limitations. 

Program eligibility and rebate availability:
(A) requires registration with Mutual of Omaha Mortgage prior to entering into a purchase or listing agreement with a real estate agent; (B) requires use of a Mutual of Omaha Mortgage–referred participating agent; (C) is not available if the consumer is already under contract with a real estate agent or broker at time of registration; (D) may not be combined with other real estate rebate, rewards, or affinity programs; (E) may not be available to consumers receiving certain corporate relocation or employer-paid housing benefits; (F) is not available on land-only transactions or transactions below minimum price thresholds where required by program rules; (G) rebate amounts may be reduced if the actual commission paid is lower than the assumed commission rate used in estimates; (H) is subject to state law restrictions where commission rebates are limited or prohibited; (I) is void where prohibited by law.
