$50,000 Grand Prize
Brooke Ishibashi of the Actors' Equity Association (AEA) has been honored with the Unions Power America grand prize for her lifelong dedication to serving others and advocating for workplace equity and social justice.
As a co-founder of Be An Arts Hero, she played a crucial role in securing Congressional recognition for the arts sector during the pandemic. Her tireless efforts have empowered countless individuals and communities, making a profound impact on the lives of those she encounters.
$20,000 First Prize: Kevin Turner

Following the unexpected loss of his oldest daughter, Kevin Turner deepened his commitment to volunteer work, and has raised over $10,000 for Habitat for Humanity and tirelessly organizing blood drives, food pantries, and other charitable initiatives.
$10,000 Second Prize: Marie Hoveln
CSEA, Chapter 389
As a co-founder of the San Diego North chapter of Sleep In Heavenly Peace, Marie has led efforts to build and deliver over 550 beds to children in need. Marie’s leadership and tireless commitment ensure that no child in her community sleeps on the floor.
