Ingredients:

  • 1/2-ounce Irish whiskey
  • 2 ounces melon liqueur
  • 1/2-ounce Irish cream liqueur

Directions:

Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake very well and strain into a shot glass.

Ingredients:

  • 2 ounces vodka
  • 1/2-ounce elderflower liqueur
  • 4 slices cucumber
  • 8 leaves fresh mint
  • 1 ounce ginger beer
  • Garnish: fresh mint

Directions:

In the bottom of a cocktail shaker, muddle the cucumber and mint. Add the vodka and elderflower liqueur. Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass, then top with ginger beer. Garnish with a cucumber wheel and a few mint leaves.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups beer
  • 6 scoops vanilla ice cream (Barber’s, Country Fresh, Creamland Dairies, Labelle, Orchard Harvest, Prairie Farms, The Materson Company)
  • 1/2 cup Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup

Directions:

Scoop three scoops ice cream each into two tall glasses. Pour 1 cup beer and 1/4 cup Baileys over each serving. Drizzle with chocolate syrup.
